Instructions:

Place beef and mushrooms, plus onion and garlic, in a nonstick pan and heat on medium fire.

Stir to brown for about five minutes.

Remove beef mixture to a plate using a slotted spoon and set aside. Discard the fat in the pan and wipe it clean.

Add about a teaspoon of butter into the pan and let it melt on medium fire. Add two slices of bread, then flip.

Place a slice of cheese on one bread, top with about 1/3 cup of the beef mixture, and cover with the other piece of bread to make a sandwich. Cook until the cheese melts nicely, then repeat with the remaining bread, cheese, and ground beef filling.

Serve and enjoy.
